Empathy is a powerful force. It let’s someone know that we see them and we understand them. Let’s see what you can do this week to show someone a little empathy and understanding. Hint: It might involve someone else’s shoes.

CHALLENGE #2: Swap shoes with a family member. Do a race or walk around the neighborhood or your yard. *If you’re in your neighborhood, follow social distancing guidelines. Stay 6 feet apart.
