Every week, we are teaching and recording six classes for grades 3-5 and 6-8. If you happened to miss one of our class live on Zoom, this is where you will find the recordings. So find the right time and place for you to take one of our classes… or all of them, for that matter. They each take around 30 minutes and require minimal supplies.

Walking in someone else’s shoes teaches us empathy. It provides us a chance to get present and be open-minded to other people, cultures, and stories. Let’s go for a walk in someone else’s shoes and see what we learn.

Life can be both beautiful and challenging. Most of us are experiencing a bit of that challenge right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t flip the script. It’s time to bring back some positivity and to inspire those around us.

Sometimes we will be greeted by obstacles as we pursue our dreams and goals. We might even get bucked off the horse. But that won’t stop us, because we are empowered and ready to try again… and again.

When is the last time you were new at something? Even when we know we might not be so great at something because it is our first time trying, we should never stop being curious. Let’s honor our own sense of wonder and the talents of others. Being a newbie, matters.

Showing compassion and lending a hand is one of the best ways of letting people know how much they matter. Especially in times like now, lending a hand can go even further and mean that much more. Get ready for a big dose of empathy, understanding, and compassion.

Even though we’ve had to be at home quite a bit lately, it doesn’t mean we can’t be active and have a ton of fun. So start stretching your body and your mind, because this week we are going to be movin’… and so will our friends and family members.

There is something pretty special about magic. Of course, there is the kind of magic that tricks us and leaves us in disbelief, but there is also the magic that we create together to produce more joy and connectedness. Get ready to create some magic moments. It’s going to be awesome.

If you really think about it, there can never be enough awesomeness in the world. Each of us is awesome in our own ways, and there are awesome people and things all around us. So let’s celebrate it… because we should.
