THIS WEEK: BE THE JOY

We are nearing the end of the year and are in the middle of the holiday season. Stop for a second to check in with yourself. How are you feeling? Are you excited about spending time with friends and family members? Are you stressed about buying the perfect gifts and hosting the perfect dinner? Maybe you are astonished by how quickly the year flew by or exhausted by how long of a year it was? Perhaps you are feeling all of the above? Well, we want to offer something else to add to your list, because we think it’s just that important. This week, and hopefully beyond, we want you to BE THE JOY. Joy is something we get to choose. Even on the worst of days, we can still find and be the joy, for there is still much to be joyous and grateful about. Joy fills our hearts and lifts our spirit. Joy allows us to feel light and playful. So what brings you joy and how can you best bring joy to other people. Knowing this allows us to make sure our world is filled with more joy. So create that happy place and share it with others. Find something that makes you and others laugh and giggle. Generate positivity and bring it to the next level. Cultivate smiles. Discover something new and wondrous. Dance to your favorite song. Sing at the top of your lungs. Appreciate the sunshine, rain, and snow. Share joy with others. Let’s BE THE JOY.
