The concept of receiving something and then passing it on to someone else is an old concept. Like all the way back to 300 BC old. But it wasn’t until 1916 that the actual term “Pay it forward” was first coined by author, Lily Hardy Hammond, who wrote, “You don’t pay love back, you pay it forward.” Wow. What a great line. We like it so much that we have turned it into a new phrase. This week, we want you to PAY LOVE FORWARD. That’s right. Love is awesome. It is that one thing in the world that is so hard to put into words. But, of all the emotions it’s pretty hard to beat the feeling of love. And, that includes both loving someone or something (like your pet) and being loved by someone or something. So, next time someone or something communicates a loving message to you, we want you to take two steps. First, we want you to enjoy it and relish the moment. Go ahead… take your time. Then, we want you to pay that love forward to someone else… or someone else’s pet. That easy. Paying love forward matters.
