THIS WEEK: PUT IN THE WORK

We have all heard the saying, “No Pain, No Gain.” But if we were being honest, we would rather it went something like, “No Pain, No Pain” or “No Pain, All Gain.” We hate pain so we avoid it at all cost. However, we love gain and wish there was a quick fix for it… but there isn’t. Anything and everything that matters to us takes time. It takes dedication and consistency. So, in the spirit of accomplishing awesome things, this week, we are going to PUT IN THE WORK. Ask any professional athlete. Ask any super talented musician. Truly, ask anyone who excels at something in his or her life. They will all make sure to share how much work it took and that they certainly were not an overnight sensation. We love this, because if you read between the lines, they are almost glad that it took so much work. They are proud of the blood, sweat, and tears, because that is how they earned it. So what is something you want to achieve? Are you ready and willing to go the extra mile for it? This doesn’t mean you need to be the best in the world at it, but it does mean that you have committed to get better. We hope you are excited to get after it. Putting in the work matters.
