THIS WEEK: SAY YOUR PLEASE’S AND THANK YOU’S

How well we do at anything in life can often be measured by how we do in the smallest and simplest parts. One of those parts is so simple it is easy to forget. It happens countless times each and every day, and we often don’t even think about it. But what it communicates to other people is huge, for it tells them so much about who we are. It has to do with all of the daily opportunities we have to express appreciation… and what we do those opportunities. Are we appreciative or entitled? Are we respectful or is always “All about me”? There’s a big difference. That is why, this week, we want to make sure to “SAY OUR PLEASES AND THANK YOU’S.” In a world where people are often overworked, stressed out, and feel under-appreciated, your ability to ask for something politely and thank someone for something they’ve done is huge. Good manners are priceless. Let’s make them matter this week. “Pleases” and “Thank You’s” matter.
