THIS WEEK: TREAT YOURSELF

If someone asked you, “If you had one hour to do anything you want, as long as it is for you, what would you do?” how would you answer their question? What if they only offered the timeframe of 15 minutes? Or what if they offered a full day? How would you respond? Better yet, is it easy or challenging for you to even know how to answer that question? Well, if it is, then this week is going to be a real treat for you. This week, we want you to TREAT YOURSELF. Because of all of the changes we have experienced this year, we have had to step up, lean in, and work harder than ever. We are yet to meet someone that has said that 2020 has simply been a breeze. Nope. Instead we hear stories of hard work, determination, concern, exhaustion, and resiliency. What about you? How are you feeling? Does taking a moment to be kind to yourself sound good to you? We hope so. Now you just have to figure out what you will do and how you will spend that time. Whether you have 15 minutes, an hour, or a full day, taking time to fill your bowl matters. It needs to become a part of your daily routine, for the better we are there for ourselves, the better we can be there for other people as well. So have fun and feel it, because you earned it. Treating yourself matters.
